    Hello, I'm Debbie and I'm in Hampshire in the UK. I currently home educate a 14 year old girl and a 7 year old boy. It can be a bit overwhelming when you start and you may feel very isolated, but you are definitely not alone - in the UK there are hundreds of home educators up and down the country...

    Before we started homeschooling, we visited two families who homeschooled, to see what it was like. In reality, visiting them didn't exactly give us a vision for homeschooling, anymore than we already had, because those two families homeschooled so differently than we wanted to, and than we did....
