Unfortunately there is no way to reinstate skip days except in the same manner they were created--one day at a time.  As we pursue enhancements for PER v.2, we will certainly consider how to improve this function.

 I just wanted to second this as a huge difficulty and time consumer.  I stopped using my planner on this site as I spent too much time going back over and having to check through each assignment.  I also do not find it practical to have my children checking into this website for their assignments.  I prefer to use it for my planning only but then I have to go back and check that they completed each assignment.  Way too much time clicking through each box.  I really like how it set up my plan, but not how hard it is to go through and mark completed work.
