So, my hubby is an engineering student. He applied for internships (we havent heard back as of yet) and I was wondering how that would work with homeschooling if we move out of state? It would only be for 6 months, and 3 months of that there would be no school. I am thinking that if we keep our primary residence as is (not even where we live now, but it is where all our important papers and what not are sent, that is my parents home) then maybe we wont have to register as homeschoolers in that state, since it is a temporary move?? The reason I am even thinking about this is that homeschool laws can be differant state to state. I know in Washington the laws are more strict than here in Oregon. I donno.
It is something I might have to talk to the department of ed about!! Any ideas?
Thank you all!!
